Making Biltong (beef jerky)


  1. AIM I  want to find how to make blitong
  2. method The equipment I will need to make biltong raw meat,salt,spices,string,knife,bowl. Cut the raw meat into thin strips about 1-2cm get a bowl and put salt in spices in it.Than grab the meat and drop it in the salt and spices pick the biltong and ma-sarge it until the salt and spices are sitting in the blitong. than grab a string tie the string to the biltong and tie to the cloth like hanger by the window.









The dark brown part is kind of rock solid, the smell is like an unknown dog food smell. the taste is a disgraceful salty taste to the yucky biltong.


Discussion why did we salt the meat. We salted the meat because
