Making Biltong (beef jerky)

1. AIM I  want to find how to make blitong
2. method The equipment I will need to make biltong raw meat,salt,spices,string,knife,bowl. Cut the raw meat into thin strips about 1-2cm get a bowl and put salt in spices in it.Than grab the meat and drop it in the salt and spices pick the biltong and ma-sarge it until the salt and spices are sitting in the blitong. than grab a string tie the string to the biltong and tie to the cloth like hanger by the window.

The dark brown part is kind of rock solid, the smell is like an unknown dog food smell. the taste is a disgraceful salty taste to the yucky biltong.

walking in straight line

Aim:
I want to find out if we need our senses to walk in a straight line.

Hypothesis:
I predict that if you don't have your senses (sight, smell, taste, hearing, touch) then you cant walk in a straight line.

Equipment:

1. Blindfold to stop us from seeing
2. Cotton wool to stop us from hearing and smelling
3. Bucket for our head to stop the wind

Method:

I am going to attempt to walk in 200m straight line to a stake in the ground.

Put some cotton wool up your nose to stop yourself from smelling that lovely baking smell that will help you with your direction. to stop yourself from hearing the cars on the road.

Blindfold yourself.

burning Magnesign

AIM;
I want to find out what happens to burning mageesign
high poth sis:
I predict that it will burn
Equipment:
heat mat
bunsen burner
scissor tongs
magnesign
safety goggles

1. method get equipment 
2. put on safety glasses 
3. put down the heat mat
4. connect your bunsen burner to the gas tap
5. close the air hole
6. ignite the lighter
7. turn on the gas
8. open the air hole 
9. hold the magnesign in the togs scerrser
10. put the magnesign into the flame 
11. observe what happend

results

When I burned solid shiny grey magnesign it formed a bright light.and lasted for 4-5 seconds  out. some hot dusty ash was left over.
